How frequently is the Salary Survey distributed to Ontario child care centres?

How is the Salary Survey distributed?
The Ontario Childcare Salary Survey may be found at www.childcaresurvey.ca and important survey open and closed reminders are distributed by e-mail through Sentient HR’s e-mail list.
Can any childcare centre complete the Salary Survey?
All licensed childcare centres in Ontario may complete the Salary Survey. Home child care centres are not eligible to take the survey at this time.
Will you keep my contact information confidential?
All contact information is kept confidential. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required for legal purposes.
When does that Salary Survey open and when does it close?
The Salary Survey opens on Friday, June 19th 2026 and closes on Friday, July 31st 2026.
When can I anticipate the Salary Survey results and how will it be distributed?
The Salary Survey results will be compiled and distributed on or before August 31st 2026. The Salary Survey results will be made available online with a password protected website. All participants will receive an individualized password to mitigate sharing of the online results page.
If I do not participate in the Salary Survey, how do I order the results?
You are welcome to purchase the Salary Survey results by e-mailing info@childcaresurvey.ca.
How much is the Salary Survey?
The fee is $100.00 and we accept E-transfer (accounts@sentienthr.com), Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, you may also mail a cheque to:
